1.In a blender, combine the tsampa, ripe banana, other fruit, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using) and vanilla extract.
2.Blend at high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the shake reaches the desired consistency. In the warm season you can add a few ice cubes and stir again.
3.Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness with more honey or maple syrup, if desired.
