INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1.In a blender, combine the tsampa, ripe banana, other fruit, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using) and vanilla extract.
  • 2.Blend at high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the shake reaches the desired consistency.
