
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.In a blender, combine the tsampa, ripe banana, other fruit, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using) and vanilla extract.
- 2.Blend at high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the shake reaches the desired consistency.

- 1 cup of tsampa
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of mixed fruit (such as berries, mangoes or peaches)
- 1 cup milk or vegetable milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ice cubes (optional)
