INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Pour hot water or milk into a bowl and mix well with a fork until it is the consistency you want for a great breakfast.
- 2.Add fresh, dried or cooked fruits such as berries, apples, pears, bananas and if you want to make the porridge even a little bit richer, add yoghurt.....you can also add any nuts (we recommend to soak them beforehand - not necessary) or cocoa, cinnamon, chocolate, you name it :)
INGREDIENTS
- 2-4 heaped tablespoons of traditional Tsampa
- 1 teaspoon honey (not necessary)
- 1 teaspoon butter or ghee (not necessary)
- ½ cup hot water or milk of your choice (we recommend oat milk)
- fresh or dried fruit of your choice
