INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Pour hot water, tea or milk into a bowl and mix well with a fork until it is a mushy consistency for a great breakfast.
- 2.Add fresh fruits such as berries, apples, pears, bananas and if you want a thicker consistency, add yoghurt...be creative
INGREDIENTS
- 2-4 heaped tablespoons of traditional Tsampa
- 1 teaspoon honey (not necessary)
- 1 teaspoon butter or ghee (not necessary)
- ½ cup of hot water, tea or milk of your choice (we recommend oat milk)
- fresh or dried fruit of your choice
