INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Heat the milk – gently heat the plant-based milk to a maximum of 40°C (it must not be hot, as this will destroy the enzymes in the barley).
- 2.Mix the powder – in a small bowl, mix the green barley powder with a little warm milk until smooth (using a whisk or mini mixer).
- 3.Combine together - pour the green base back into the rest of the milk. Add syrup, vanilla or cinnamon if you like.

- 200 ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, rice or coconut)
- 1 teaspoon green barley powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup, honey or date syrup (to taste)
- a pinch of vanilla or cinnamon (optional)
