Energy balls from tsampa

Tsampa Snack Balls: delicious and nutritious! Energy balls are made from Tsampa – roasted mountain barley that climbers and Sherpas have relied on for centuries for long-lasting energy.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried fruit (such as dates, figs or apricots)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
