INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.In a large bowl, combine the tsampa, almond butter, honey, shredded coconut, dried fruit, nuts, cinnamon and salt.
- 2.Using your hands, remove the dough by spoonfuls and form small balls. The balls can be rolled in coconut or cocoa.

- 1 cup of tsampa
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped dried fruit (such as dates, figs or apricots)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
