INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Cook the barley noodles. Drain and set aside.
- 2.Prepare the mixture: In a pan, fry the chopped onion in a little oil until golden brown. Add the diced smoked meat and fry briefly to heat through and release the aroma.
- 3.Mix the noodles with the meat and onion in a bowl.
- 4.In another bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
- 5.Grease a baking dish (or baking dish) with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, if desired.
- 6.Pour the mixture into the baking dish, pour over the egg-milk mixture. You can stir lightly to spread it evenly.
- 7.Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30–35 minutes, until the surface is firm and golden.

- 3 eggs
- 200 ml milk (can also be cream or a combination)
