INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease the loaf tin.
- 2.In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, tsampa, spelt flour, sugar, vegetable oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and chopped nuts (if using). Stir until well combined.
- 3.Pour the batter into the greased tin and smooth the surface.
- 4.Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 5.Remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- 6.Slice and serve this delicious and healthy tsampa banana bread as a sweet treat for breakfast or dessert!

- 1/2 cup spelt flour
