Ecology
Ecology is very important to us. Our product is a Czech patriot. It is made purely from Czech organic barley. The complete production process is also realized in the Czech Republic. We pay tribute to Czech organic farming. We are really happy that we have managed to launch a product made from local ingredients that is free of pesticides and has a minimal carbon footprint, and therefore does not have to be transported across the world (unfortunately, as is the case with coffee, for example).
PACKAGING: The flat-bottomed bag is made of black kraft paper, innovative I’m Green (sugar third) film and KPET film as a barrier.
As part of increasing environmental education in the Czech Republic, we also offer a complementary range of products that support this idea.

- Moka kettle
Pour water into the bottom of the kettle. Fill the funnel-shaped container to the brim with the BARLEE’S REISHI and CORDYCEPS mixture, do not press it. The amount of BARLEE’S REISHI and CORDYCEPS mixture is determined by the size of the teapot, we will need approximately 30g for 4 cups. Screw on the top and bring to the boil. Remove the kettle from the stove just before the extraction is complete. - French press
For 100ml of water we will need 6-7g of BARLEE’S REISHI and CORDYCEPS mixture. Pour the required amount of BARLEE’S REISHI and CORDYCEPS mixture into the French press. Boil the water and let it stand for about half a minute to bring the temperature down to 93-94 °C. Slowly pour hot water over the BARLEE’S REISHI and CORDYCEPS mixture, stir and let stand for 5-6 minutes. Then slowly squeeze and you’re done. - A filtered mixture of BARLEE’S REISHI and CORDYCEPS
To prepare in Chemex, Hario V60 or Clever, prepare 6-7 g of BARLEE’S REISHI and CORDYCEPS mixture per 100 ml of water. First, rinse the filter with hot water, pour in the BARLEE’S REISHI and CORDYCEPS mixture, pour in 30 ml of water at a temperature of 93-94 °C and wait 30 seconds. Then add the remaining water in a circular motion from the centre. Moccamaster has a similarly simple preparation. - Lever coffee maker
Pour the loose/ground mixture of BARLEE´S REISHI and CORDYCEPS into your filter in the lever of the coffee maker. The amount of the mixture of BARLEE´S REISHI and CORDYCEPS corresponds to the same portion as “classic” coffee – i.e. 7-8g per serving. Of course, the ratio of the amount of the mixture of BARLEE´S REISHI and CORDYCEPS and water will achieve your optimal intensity. - Cold brew
Pour the required amount of BARLEE’S REISHI and CORDYCEPS mixture (6-7 g per 100 ml of water) into a container with a lid, pour in the required amount of cold water and leave to extract in a closed container in the refrigerator for 18-24 hours. Strain, put ice in a glass, pour in chilled cold brew and garnish with an orange slice and mint.
