Our product is a <strong>Czech patriot. <\/strong>It is <strong>made<\/strong> purely from <strong>Czech organic barley<\/strong>. <strong>The complete production process is also realized in the Czech Republic. <\/strong>We pay tribute to Czech organic farming. We are really happy that we have managed to launch a product made from local ingredients that is free of pesticides and has a minimal carbon footprint, and therefore does not have to be transported across the world (unfortunately, as is the case with coffee, for example).<\/p>\n<p>PACKAGING: The <span class=\"pd-shortdesc-text\">flat-bottomed bag is made of black kraft paper, innovative <a href=\"https:\/\/www.braskem.com.br\/imgreen\/bio-based-en\">I&#8217;m Green<\/a> (sugar third) film and KPET film as a barrier<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>As part of increasing environmental education in the Czech Republic, we also offer a complementary range of products that support this idea.<br \/>\nWe are very happy to be able to currently supply BARLEE\u00b4S products and thus support sales in packaging-free stores.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nekava.cz\/jak-pripravit-nekavu\/\" data-slimstat=\"5\">Preparation<\/a>:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Moka kettle<br \/>\n<\/strong>Pour water into the bottom of the kettle. Fill the funnel-shaped container to the brim with BARLEE&#8217;S MASALA, do not press. The amount of BARLEE&#8217;S MASALA is determined by the size of the pot, for 4 cups you will need about 30g. Screw on the top and bring to the boil. Remove the kettle from the stove just before the extraction is complete.<\/li>\n<li><strong>French press<br \/>\n<\/strong>For 100ml of water you will need 6-7 g of BARLEE\u00b4S MASALA. Pour the desired amount of BARLEE&#8217;S MASALA mixture into the French press. Boil the water and let it stand for about half a minute to bring the temperature down to 93-94 \u00b0C. Slowly pour the BARLEE&#8217;S MASALA mixture with hot water, stir and let stand for 5-6 minutes. Then slowly squeeze and you&#8217;re done.<\/li>\n<li><strong>BARLEE\u00b4S MASALA filtered mixture<br \/>\n<\/strong>For preparation in Chemex, Hario V60 or Clever prepare 6-7 g of BARLEE\u00b4S MASALA mixture per 100 ml of water. First rinse the filter with hot water, pour in the BARLEE&#8217;S ARABIC mixture, pour in 30 ml of water at a temperature of 93-94 \u00b0C and wait 30 seconds. Then add the remaining water in a circular motion from the centre. Moccamaster has a similarly simple preparation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lever coffee maker<br \/>\n<\/strong>Pour the BARLEE\u00b4S MASALA loose\/ground mixture into your sieve in the lever of the coffee maker. The quantity of BARLEE\u00b4S ORIGINAL corresponds to the same portion as &#8220;classic&#8221; coffee &#8211; 7-8g per serving. Of course, the ratio of the amount of BARLEE&#8217;S MASALA and water will help you achieve your optimal intensity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cold brew<br \/>\n<\/strong>Pour the required amount of BARLEE&#8217;S MASALA (6-7 g per 100 ml of water) into a container with a cap, pour the required amount of cold water and leave to extract in a closed container in the fridge for 18-24h.
